It takes a lot of talent to create Liberty’s World, especially finding their voices. Currently there are 10 actors who work on World of Liberty making Liberty and her friends come to life.
We invite to you to meet the actors behind the voices that you love!
Amber Hood as Liberty Lane
Amber Hood is a voice over actress based in Los Angeles. She voices Special Agent Dotty in Disney Jr.’s Special Agent Oso, and Susie Sunshine in Doc Mc Stuffins. She has also voiced characters in Cartoon Networks Regular Show, Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, and Nickelodeon’s; The Winx Club, Rugrats, and Fairly Odd Parents.
Along side her voice work, she is the creator and producer of the World of Liberty apps.
Amber also raises money for organizations she deeply respects; USO, Wounded Warrior Project, and Tiny Superheroes.
BJ Ward as Ellie
B.J. Ward is an actress and singer from New York. She is vocally eclectic and has four
classical CDs on the market. She has worked with Broadway composers Stephen Sondheim and Jerry Herman. As an actress she has guest starred on “ER,” “Frasier,” “Gilmore Girls,” and more. For ten years, B.J. has been performing her own one-woman show, “Stand-Up Opera” across the country. She has been a guest soloist with various symphony orchestras and appeared at the Hollywood Bowl.
Lara Jill Miller as Georgie
Currently, Lara Jill Miller can be heard singing and cuddling as the lovable “LAMBIE” in DISNEY’s mega-hit DOC McSTUFFINS, and the plucky pony-tailed “ALLIE” on PBS’ popular CURIOUS GEORGE.
She is proud to be starring in the Emmy Award winning live-action educational series SCIGIRLS as the animated “IZZIE” on PBS, and flying into your homes this year as the ‘ROARsome!’ adventurous “HENRY HUGGLEMONSTER” in DISNEY’s new series HENRY HUGGLEMONSTER.
Peter Jason as Truman
Excellent, prolific and versatile character actor Peter Jason was born in Hollywood, CA, and grew up in Balboa. He originally planned on being a football player, but fell in love with acting after playing the lead in a high school production of “The Man Who Came to Dinner.” He made his film debut in Howard Hawks’ final film, Rio Lobo. He has also worked with Orson Welles, Walter Hill, John Carpenter, and many others. Jason recently starred in a recurring role as dissolute gambler Con Stapleton in the superbly gritty cable Western TV series “Deadwood.” In his spare time he makes his own furniture with found, recycled wood.
Roger Scott as Storyteller
Roger likes to say that in “another life” he was a high-school English and speech teacher, back in his home state of Illinois… he came out to LA in ’81 and has worked for the past thirty four years as an actor and a writer… he is currently enjoying his favorite role to date — semi-retirement.
Nancy Linari as Mrs. Lane (Liberty’s Mom)
The quick-witted Nancy Linari has performed on both the main stage and in the touring company of Chicagos famed Second City. Her work can be seen and heard in both live-action and animation, on television and CD-ROM: from “Greys Anatomy” to “Frazier” as Morticia Addams on ABCs Saturday morning hit “The Addam’s Family” to multiple appearances on “NYPD Blue” from the Discovery Channel to “The OC,” and “X-MEN Legends.””
Jeff Fischer as Jack
Jeff has steadily worked in all genres of voiceover, including animation, video games, and TV/radio commercials. He’s also live announced for the Teen Choice Awards.
His animation work includes, Jackie Chan Adventures, Spiderman, Happy Feet, Power of Two, Cats and Dogs, Lilo & Stitch, Dinosaur, Antz, Jimmy Neutron, and Homeward Bound II. He has recurring roles as Lenny in the Disney Animated Series Doc McStuffins and the young Jedi Petro on Star Wars Clone Wars.
Fans of Tony Hawk’s video game series can hear Jeff as the voice of various characters in Tony Hawk Underground and as the lead skater in Tony Hawk Underground II. Jeff has voiced the role of Yuj in the last three Final Fantasies video games.
Jeff is currently best known for playing Jeff Fischer on American Dad.
Thom Adcox as Mateo
Thom’s V.O. career began during an audition for a television series. In the middle of his reading the casting director stopped him and said, “THAT VOICE…my God, you’ve got to do something with THAT VOICE!” (And not meaning it in a good way to Thom’s surprise.) Well, forever being the optimist, Thom chose to do a lot with THAT VOICE. Mason “The Tinkerer” on WB Kids’ “The Spectacular Spiderman,” Felix in CBS’s remake of “Felix the Cat,” Lexington on ABC/Disney’s “Gargoyles,” Pupert on “The Buzz on Maggie,” Dipstick on “101 Dalmations,” , Simon on Steven Spielberg’s “Invasion America” are just a few of the well known characters he’s created for animation, along with over one thousand commercials for televison and radio.
Jennifer Hale as Christina, Shannon & Sully
Jennifer Hale is an incredible actress for film, TV, and voiceover, known for Mass Effect 3 (2012), Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (2003) and Cinderella II: Dreams Come True. Jennifer Hale is described as the Meryl Streep of the voiceover acting medium. Her credits are extensive and too many to list here!
Rob Paulsen as Jack Lane
The wonderful Rob Paulsen as Jack Lane, Liberty’s dad! With over 2,000 half-hours of animation credits, Rob’s versatility shines in his starring roles as the voices of Donatello (Nickelodeon’s “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”), Yakko Warner, Pinky and Dr. Scratch ‘n’ Sniff in the Peabody and two-time Emmy award-winning series “Animaniacs”.
Anna Graves as Bessie
Anna Graves plays Bessie and has voiced many roles in the series “Star Wars: The Clone Wars”, from Duchesses and Bounty Hunters, to Senators and Droids. Her Video Game work includes projects such as Princess Leia in “Disney Infinity 3.0″, “Dishonored”, “Guild Wars 2”, “Diablo III”, “Nike + Kinect Training”, “ COD: Modern Warfare” (1,2, & 3), “Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault”, Bioshock 2, “Star Wars: Battle Pod” arcade game and many others.
Hope Levy as Mei Li, Caimito & Our Songstress!
Hope Levy as Mei Li and Caimito , and she also sings the World of Liberty theme song! Hope can be heard as various voices in Howl’s Moving Castle. She can be heard in Disney’s Brother Bear, and Dreamworks Madagascar. She stars in games, Paths of Neo, Bratz, Ape Escape 3, Polar Express, Everquest II, Jumpstart, Vampires Masquerade,bLoodlines, Biohazard aka Resident Evil as Rebecca Chambers and many more!
